    Nolan, that is a safe and reasonable flowchart – particularly for professionals building presentations for clients. Whenever this subject comes up, the next question from readers always seems to be “But what about Fair Use?”

    I tried to navigate through the Fair Use rules in American Copyright Law and found that they are frustratingly vague. Here is my analysis. This does not replace anything in your source flowchart and article… It is supplementary information for those who want to explore additional rights.
